I know, you forgot the blog existed. So did I pretty much. Just a wee short post to say I was interviewed for the latest Tartan Running Shorts podcast. It was supposed to be part of Scottish Running Week due to my involvement with Athletics Trust Scotland but a family loss on my side, and a hospitalisation, voice loss, and missed plane on TRS side has this a month late and with most of the listeners (and interviewee) having no idea who I am and why I’m on it. A surreal experience and good fun. It’s in the usual places where you get your podcasts – Spotify and all that.
Oh aye, I need a song. For a multitude of reasons, “Paint a vulgar picture” by the Smiths. Over and out for now.
